French Toasts Topped with Strawberry Puree and Saba


  • Giusto Sapore’s Saba

  • Giusto Sapore’s Strawberry Sweet Fruit Vinegar

  • Brioche bread

  • Fresh strawberries

  • Sugar

  • Milk of choice

  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract

  • Ground cinnamon

  • 1 Egg



  1. In a bowl, mix the egg, ½ teaspoon of Vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and a cup of your milk of choice.

  2. Heat up a pan in medium heat and add butter or oil to prevent sticking

  3. Slice Brioche bread and dip in the wet mixture on both sides. Place dipped slice of bread in the pan and cook until golden brown on both sides. Repeat with remaining

  4. Puree strawberries and add a dash of Strawberry Sweet Fruit Vinegar along with a tablespoon of sugar.

  5. Stack French toasts and top with pureed strawberries and a dash of Saba.
