Sicilian Truffle Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients:

• Giusto Sapore’s Novello EVOO
• Giusto Sapore’s Black Truffle EVOO
• Giusto Sapore’s Himalayan Pink Salt
• Giusto Sapore’s Sicilian Blend 
• Parsley 
• Potatoes

Directions:

1. Dice potatoes desired size and finely chop parsley 

2. Combine 3/4 EVOO, 1/4 Black Truffle EVOO, salt, Sicilian blend & parsley 

3. Preheat oven at 425F 

4. Place potatoes on baking sheet and coat them with the mix 

5. Roast in the oven for about 35-40 min or until done
